- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 squeeze of liquid stevia or any other low calorie sweetener
- 4 Ice cubes
- Blend ice cubes, milk, protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder and sweetener together in a blender until smooth.
- You can also top the smoothie with dark chocolate shavings.
